Cumnor Solar Farm
30 hectare solar farm on south-facing agricultural land near Cumnor at Harcourt Hill. Owned by CSPTUK since June 2022 with a naturally screened site. Design finalization scheduled for 2025, with construction expected to follow.


Fosse Green Energy
Ground-mounted solar PV generating station with battery storage in Lincolnshire (50 MW+).
Non‑statutory consultation held Sept‑Oct 2023; statutory consultation Oct‑Dec 2024.
Development Consent Order application planned for 2025.
CYP Solar Ltd
Planning submitted in January 2024; approved in December 2024; construction starting in 2025. Supporting regulatory submissions and timelines.

Timeline & Key Milestones
Our projects follow distinct timelines: Cumnor Solar Farm (2021‑2025) with planning and design finalized in 2025; Fosse Green Energy (2023‑2025) with consultations in 2023 and 2024 and a DCO application planned for 2025; and CYP Solar (2024‑2025) with planning submitted in Jan 2024, approval in Dec 2024 and construction starting in 2025.
